Instructions

This is a general guideline for runners targeting ±75 g carbohydrates per hour. Always practise your fueling strategy in training.

The Day Before Your Race
Mix 1 serving of Styrkr Mix 60 and sip during the day to support carbohydrate loading.
Use Styrkr Salt 07 as needed, especially if it’s hot or you’re a heavy sweater.

Race Morning (3–4 Hours Before Start)
Eat a high-carbohydrate, low-fibre meal.
Examples include:
White toast or bagel with honey or jam, oats with banana, rice cakes with honey, low-fibre cereal with milk, or a banana with yoghurt.

Pre-Race
Take Styrkr Gel50 just before the start.
Sip water as needed.
During the Race
Gel 2: ±7 km
Gel 3: ±15 km
Use Styrkr Salt 07 during the race if conditions are hot or if you have a high sweat rate.
Fixx Cramp Fixx Shot: Use if you feel a cramp coming on, or proactively if you are prone to cramping.

Post-Race
Have the Styrkr Bar+ as soon as possible after finishing to kick-start recovery.
Follow with a balanced meal and fluids.
