These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on www.fuellab.co.za and form a binding agreement between you and Fuel Lab. By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from actual items.


3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Full payment is required before orders are processed.
  • We accept secure payment via [insert gateway e.g., PayFast, Ozow, EFT].

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed during business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delays may occur during sales, promotional periods, or out-of-stock items.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery is available across South Africa via a registered courier.
  • Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Fuel Lab is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Exchanges & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible items.

6.1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Satisfaction Guarantee)

If you are unhappy with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please notify us within 30 days of your purchase and we will contact you to arrange a refund.

6.2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@fuellab.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order reference.
We will arrange a replacement or refund (including return shipping if applicable).


7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it must follow the return process above.
