These Terms of Shipping govern all purchases made on www.fuellab.co.za and form a binding agreement between you and Fuel Lab. By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

- Orders are processed during business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delays may occur during sales, promotional periods, or out-of-stock items.
3. Shipping
- Delivery is available across South Africa via a registered courier.
- Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
- Fuel Lab is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
